Step 1: Cleaning
We power wash the entire surface to remove dirt, debris, and any vegetation growing in cracks. The surface must be clean and dry for proper adhesion.
Step 2: Crack Repair
Before sealing, we fill cracks larger than 1/8 inch with hot rubberized crack filler. This prevents water intrusion at the most vulnerable points.
Step 3: Application
We apply premium sealcoat using squeegees or sprayers, depending on the surface. We apply two coats for maximum protection.
Step 4: Drying
We block off the area for 24-48 hours to allow the sealcoat to fully cure. Light traffic can typically resume after 12-24 hours.
